Most of this work comes from the same instinct as the engineering: I notice something missing and want to build the thing that fills it. The through-line is getting more girls into technical rooms and keeping them there.
02 Founded
STEAM mentorship and leadership for girls
I founded G.L.O.W. to expand access to STEM and leadership opportunities for girls. It runs mentorship, hands-on workshops, and project-based learning events — the kind of room where a girl builds her first robot or writes her first program next to someone who has already done it.

03 Teaching
2022 — present · Cambridge, MA
Junior Mentor teaching coding and applied science to middle-school students. The goal is sustained interest, not a single fun afternoon — most girls who leave STEM leave around this age.
Weekly · Westwood, MA
Teacher and AMC 8 tutor for 30+ students, with every student in my cohort passing their proficiency exam. Teaching competition math is the fastest way to find out whether you actually understand something.
2023 — present
Facilitate poetry workshops for other young writers, and compete on nationally ranked spoken-word teams including Brave New Voices.
